Some people, of course, have already completed the consultation online, and you are encouraged to do so now if you haven’t previously.

However, we are of course aware that not everybody has access to the internet or uses it much.

So, during the week beginning 15 February, every household should receive, via the Royal Mail, a leaflet outlining the project and with a consultation form to complete to indicate your thoughts about the suggested themes, the ‘message’ to be communicated. Those using the paper version can hand deliver or post it to Mad Hatters in Alston (details on the leaflet). The two versions, paper and online, are identical, so there is no need to complete the consultation more than once.

Closing date for either online or paper versions to be received is 8 March 2021.
